Located in the charming market town of Holbeach, in the heart of the Fenlands, this independent hotel occupies a privileged position overlooking the 14th Century church of All Saints.

The third largest town in the Lincolnshire Fens, Holbeach dates back to the 13th century. It is within easy reach of other Fen towns, including Spalding and Boston, which also display historic architecture.
The hotel's function room is the perfect venue for wedding receptions, banquets, parties, conferences and training courses. The room can accommodate between 30 and 60 guests for a sit-down meal and up to 110 or for a finger buffet or corporate event. The room can be laid out in a number of different styles to meet individual needs and requirements.

The tasteful restaurant, where the emphasis is on high standards and value for money, has an enviable reputation for the quality of its food and imaginative menu, which features a large and varied selection of dishes. The hotel is also happy to meet any special dietary needs on request.
Food is served all day, every day from 11:00 to 21:00 and to accompany your meal a carefully selected choice of red and white wines are available.
The restaurant now incorporates the coffee shop, open from 09:30 from Monday to Saturday, which serves a selection of speciality coffees and teas, as well as a mouth watering choice of cakes and pastries.
The hotel's front bar is a peaceful area where you can eat, drink and enjoy reading the newspaper or planning your next outing in the unique Fenland countryside in front of an open log fire.
The more lively side bar, which is enjoyed by local people and passing tourists, offers an extensive range of bar foods plus a daily specials board and a separate snacks menu.
